GENERAL TIPS

TREAT AND WEAR YOUR JEWELRY WITH CARE

Protect your jewelry from jagged objects or surfaces, extreme heat or sunlight and remove jewelry before extensive physical activity.

AVOID LIQUIDS

Limit exposure to liquids such as water, perfumes, body oils, hair oils, hairsprays and other substances that may remove the protective coating and cause tarnishing.

TIP 3
STORE SECURELY AND NEATLY

Store items in a safe container or cloth bag, away from sunlight when not wearing and remove before showering or sleeping.

BRASS JEWELRY CARE

Brass is a unique metal that will naturally patina over time with exposure to oxygen and moisture, which is why we do our best to protect it. Each brass piece is hand-polished and finished with a protective coating to help prevent tarnishing. To maximize the polish and protective coating on your piece, avoid using polishing pads or agents that will damage the coating (ie. steel wool). Use soft sunglass cloths or gentle cleanser to lightly shine the surface as needed. With each purchase, we include a soft polishing cloth to help your protect your piece.

STERLING SILVER (.925) AND GOLD VERMEIL CARE

Certain metals naturally oxidize or tarnish overtime when exposed to oils, oxygen and moisture. Keep your piece looking great using a gentle polish cloth with the appropriate polisher to buff the metal.

TEXTILE CARE

Each item that may include fabric will vary slightly in pattern and color. To avoid color fade, store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
